These terms govern your use of the MOV to MP3 website. By accessing the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Current service status

The current converter is a development preview. Its file picker does not upload or convert selected files. Conversion functionality may be introduced, changed, limited, or withdrawn as development continues.

Permitted use

You may use the site and its guides for personal or business purposes. You may process a media file only when you own it or have the necessary permission and legal right to do so.

Prohibited use

You must not use the site to:

• infringe copyright, privacy, or other rights;
• upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service;
• circumvent technical limits or interfere with other users;
• use automated traffic in a way that degrades the site; or
• violate any applicable law or regulation.

Your files and content

You retain your rights in files you choose for processing. You are responsible for those files and for confirming that your use is authorized. File-processing terms may be expanded when the conversion engine is released.

Guides and availability

Guides are provided for general information. Device interfaces, media formats, and third-party software can change. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every MOV file or codec.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
