This policy explains how MOV to MP3 handles information when you visit the website, contact us, or interact with the converter interface.

Current file handling

The current converter is an interface prototype. Selecting a file in the file picker does not upload that file or start a conversion. A processing engine will be added in a later development phase. Before that feature is released, this policy will be updated to describe where files are processed, how long they are retained, and which service providers are involved.

Information collected automatically

The hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and error information to deliver and secure the site. Optional product analytics are disabled in the current site configuration.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. We use it to respond, investigate issues, and improve the site. Do not send sensitive media files or personal information that is not needed to answer your question.

Cookies and local storage

The site may use essential browser storage for interface preferences and security. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before they are enabled.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers when necessary to host, secure, or operate the site, or disclosed when required by law.
